Beer ye, beer ye. For four weekends starting September 21, OktoberFest brews will be on tap at South Street Seaport’s Watermark Bar. Knock back six different beers from Munich and traditional German fare like giant pretzels, brats and potato salad—all while taking in breathtaking views of the East River. (P.S.
